You did not recieve an order mail? Our online-shop automatically sends an order mail to you. If you did not recieve one there could be two sources of error: 1. You made a mistake with you email address. 2. Our order mail was marked as a spam e-mail from your provider and/or displaced into a spam folder. Please check your spamfolder and put our e-mail addresses to your "whitelist". Most of these problems we have with GMX and AOL e-mail addresses.
